SIZING ? 

Our headbands are the perfect accessory for your little babe. All our headbands and bows are made from soft stretchy nylon and are a ONE SIZE FITS ALL to grow with your babe from newborn to childhood. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER? 

Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 5 business days from purchase. Delivery times vary and all orders are shipped by An Post. As a guide, most orders within Ireland are usually delivered within 7 business days from post. For further estimates of post delivery times please see the An post website. 

WILL MY HEADBAND COME APART? 

All fabric bows are hand stitched to ensure your bow stays as pretty as the day you purchased it. If by some chance any of your products from 'Kenan' does come apart simply send us an image and we will happily replace your product. We guarantee our products 100 %. 

CAN MY CHILD WEAR THE HEADBAND WHILE SLEEPING? 

We strongly advise to remove your child’s bow before your child falls asleep . While we go to great measures to ensure our products are safe, children should never be left wearing a headband unsupervised. For more information see our Terms and Conditions. 


CONDITIONS OF RETURN? 

Due to hygiene reasons we do not accept refunds. We will gladly accept returns if the item is considered faulty. If you think your item is faulty and you wish to make a return please contact us within 2 days of receiving your parcel, providing photographic evidence of the fault and return it back to us within 15 days. All returns or exchanges must be returned within the original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please mark clearly that the parcel is a ‘Return’ and the return address can be found on your parcel. Please make sure you include your contact details. If we do not receive your parcel and you have no proof of postage from the post office we will not able to issue you with a refund.
If after placing your order, you have discovered that you made a mistake and would like to change a style please contact us within one hour of placing your order where we will happily accommodate your requests where possible. We do not offer a refund on sale items.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
It occasionally happens that an item is out of stock after an order has been placed. If this happens with your order we will contact you as soon as possible and wherever possible we will offer a suitable alternative. Otherwise you will receive a full refund of the out of stock item. The rest of your order will be shipped to you as normal. Anything that is temporarily out of stock can be kept on backorder for you, and will be sent to you at no extra cost as soon as it is back in stock.
